The more than $500-million Ridge Hill luxury condo project in Yonkers is nearing completion of its first phase as the last beam is put in place today.
The first phase of the project, called the Monarch at Ridge Hill, includes 162 apartments, 16 of which will be affordable housing.
The condos start at $297,000 to just more than $600,000.
