Two people were rushed to the hospital after a fire in Mohegan Lake this weekend.

Officials say the flames sparked around 6 p.m. Sunday at a house on Scofield Road. When firefighters arrived they found the home heavily engulfed in flames.

The scene was cleared by 9:45 p.m.

There is no word on what caused the fire or the condition of the two victims.
