Police are investigating after a man was shot early Monday morning.
Police responded to a report of a shooting at 2355 Williamsbridge Road just before 2 a.m., just blocks away from another shooting in Allerton.
When police arrived, they found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head. There is no word yet on his condition.
Police have not released a description of the suspect, but the investigation is ongoing.
