Gunman in deadly New Windsor shooting still on loose

A manhunt is underway for the gunman who fatally shot a woman and injured a man in New Windsor on Saturday.
A 21-year-old who was fatally shot in New Windsor Saturday has been identified.
Police say Chelsea Debidin, of Walden, was gunned down at the Knox Village Apartment Complex just after midnight.
Investigators have not said if she was the intended target or not.
A friend of Debidin’s says she is flying in from out of state to pay her respects. “Chelsea was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile lit up the room. I can't imagine this life without her in it. She will be missed greatly," says Madi Valenza.
A 20-year-old man was with her at the time of the shooting and was rushed to a hospital, where he is recovering.
