Thousands are without power after a strong thunderstorm plowed through the Hudson Valley Wednesday night. As of 10 p.m., utility crews reported about 3,000 outages for Rockland and Orange county residents.

Thousands are without power after a strong thunderstorm plowed through the Hudson Valley Wednesday night.
As of 10 p.m., utility crews reported about 3,000 outages for Rockland and Orange county residents.
An O&R spokesman says all crews are working to restore power.
There is no word when the power would be restored.
