Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of the murder of Ben Novack Jr., the Florida hotel heir who was found dead in the Hilton Rye Town.

Police have charged his wife, Narcy Novack, along with her brother Cristobel Veliz and two other conspirators, Dennis Ramirez and Joel Gonzalez.

Authorities say that Narcy Novack, a former exotic dancer, feared her husband was cheating on her and was about to cut her out of the will. She is expected to appear before a judge on Wednesday to face federal charges.

Rye police say that this case could not have been solved without the cooperation of county, state and federal agents.
