Police say a diabetic emergency caused a 70-year-old driver to set off a chain reaction crash.

Six people were injured today when two cars crashed and caught fire at a gas station on the Hutchinson River Parkway.

Police say that shortly after 11 a.m., a 70-year-old driver had a diabetic emergency after pulling into a Mobil gas station between exits 23N and 25 in Harrison.
