have identified the victim in a tragic Millwood
crash that happened Wednesday evening.
New Castle police have confirmed 26-year-old Andrew Vasquez
was killed.
The crash on Route 100, near the Taconic Parkway, involved a car and a tow
truck that was pulling a box truck.
A GoFundMe has been started for Vasquez’s family and has already exceeded its
goal of $25,000.
Vasquez leaves behind his mom, dad, sister, cousins, girlfriend
and many friends.
