The youth troupe of the Amazing Grace Circus will be performing for the public in Rockland County this weekend.
The group is made up of 13- to 18-year-old children. They are being assisted by Cirque de Soleil performer Kenneth Lindeman, of Valley Cottage, who was in the youth troupe as a child.
"We've got really smart kids that come up with cool juggling numbers," he says.
Marui Lavinder, 14, was trained in gymnastics and enrolled in the summer camp of the Amazing Grace Circus. She says performing is now in her blood.
The children will be performing at the Rockland Country Day School in Congers from Friday through Sunday.
