Angry father lodges allegations against Chester principal
A Chester principal has been put on administrative leave after allegedly making an unwelcome house call to two of his underage students.
Michael DiQuattro, the father of the students, claims Chester Academy Principal Ernest Jackson illegally entered his children's home while they were out sick from school.
DiQuattro, who lives in Brooklyn and is divorced, says his 16-year-old son stayed home last month to take care of his 12-year-old brother, who was sick, when Jackson and a guidance counselor went to his ex-wife's home without permission.
District officials are not commenting on the specifics of the case, noting only that they remain committed to providing a safe learning environment for students.
