Several animals were rescued this weekend from a home in Orange County.

Officials say six pets were removed from a home on Heritage Lane in Chester after they were found living in deplorable conditions.

Authorities say they found feces piled up a foot high on Saturday, and no signs of fresh water or food for the two dogs, two cats and two gerbils.
