A man was killed Saturday night while driving his all-terrain vehicle through Riverdale.
Police say he was identified as 31-year-old Anthony Lopez, of Yonkers.
Lopez's ATV flipped at the corner of West 259th Street and Broadway. Police say he tried to pass a Ford Explorer on the left side of the street, but wound up crashing.
Police say the SUV driver, who stayed at the scene, will not face any charges.
