Police in Middletown say they've made an arrest nearly a year after a fatal shooting.
Police have arrested 25-year-old Jose Antonio Bonilla, of Middletown, and charged him with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 25-year-old Robert Unterman.
The shooting happened in the early morning on Aug. 30, 2008, police say.
