The malls in Hudson Valley were filled with shoppers taking advantage of after-holiday sales Tuesday.
Stores at the Nanuet Mall seemed to be engaged in a retailer discount war. Many stores offered 50 percent off of merchandise, others had even deeper discounts. Shoppers, however, had to brave long lines in order to catch the big sales.
Besides the bargains, many were at malls to exchange or return unwanted holiday gifts. Lines were also long for those who weren?t happy with Santa?s choice in presents.
