Former President Bill Clinton endorsed Democrat John Hall Monday in the race for the 19th Congressional District seat. Clinton joined Hall at a rally at the Colonial Terrace in Cortlandt Manor. Hall is trying to unseat six-term Republican incumbent Sue Kelly. Clinton and Hall say they feel Kelly is vulnerable because of her support of the war in Iraq and her ties to President Bush. Even with Clinton's support, Kelly still remains the lead fundraiser in the race.
