(AP) - The Fire Department says a construction worker's blow torch caused the fire that led to massive traffic jams around the Throgs Neck Bridge.
The fire broke out Friday in a construction shed under the bridge, which links the Bronx with Queens. Two firefighters suffered minor injuries.
More than 100,000 vehicles make the commute over the bridge on an average weekday.
