Bodybuilder commits to grueling workout routine to transform body
Do you have what it takes to commit to a workout routine?
Bodybuilder Ashley Kern’s workouts are a mixture of many different components.
"We're going to do some weightlifting, and we're going to work on our chest muscles,” says Kern. 
Kern, who is also a teacher and a personal trainer, started off with an incline chest press followed by super sets and giant sets. 
"This is the part when my clients say it's not too bad and I tell them they have two more sets,” says Kern.
Kern works out six days a week and when it's closer to the competition, she's at the gym twice a day.
