Bound man falls out of window in home invasion
A Spring Valley man is recovering after a home invasion that ended with him falling out a window.
Police said three masked men forced their way into the 26-year-old victim's Rose Avenue home around 2 a.m. Sunday. The intruders tied up the victim and demanded money, according to police.
Authorities said the victim was either thrown or pushed from his window. He landed in the driveway, where a neighbor saw him and called 911.
The 26-year-old is recovering at Good Samaritan Hospital from broken ribs and head injuries. Investigators said he's been able to talk to them, however, they are still piecing together details about the intruders.
