Mechanical problems are reportedly being blamed for an accident outside a Yonkers church carnival that killed a 15-year-old girl.

Kalie Gill was killed and her 12-year-old sister seriously injured when they were hit by a car as they were leaving the carnival in October.

A report in the "Irish Voice" says investigators are looking into the possibility that a malfunction in the car's brakes...
