Candlelight vigil held in New Rochelle for 23-year-old Kaiison Lewis, fatally shot in Bronx
NEW ROCHELLE - A candlelight vigil was held in New Rochelle Saturday night for a man killed in a double homicide in the Bronx.
Friends and family gathered to mourn the loss of 23-year-old Kaiison Lewis.
Police found the New Rochelle native, along with 28-year-old Jermaine Johnson, of Mount Vernon, fatally shot in a car Friday morning.
Friends of Lewis' say they are still in shock that he is gone.
Police arrested suspect Jeffrey Pierre at the scene Friday, and charged him on Saturday with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
