11h agoA car ended up over the median on the Saw Mill Parkway Wednesday morning, just before the Executive Boulevard exit.
County police say a 22-year-old woman from New Rochelle was behind the wheel.
They say she told officers she was traveling south on the Saw Mill River Parkway at Nepperhan Avenue in the left lane when the car slid on wet pavement.
The driver told police she lost control while trying to avoid sliding into another vehicle, ended up spinning out and crashing into the guide rail.
No one was hurt as a result of the incident.
One of the northbound lanes was temporarily blocked while police worked to clear the scene.
