YONKERS - A chef tired of not getting enough bacon on his burger has taken matters into his own hands.

Clint Cantwell, editor at Grilling.com, has created a new bun made of bacon. He says he was tired of ordering bacon on his burger and only ending up with a few slices.

The bun is made from approximately 3 pounds of bacon that has been shaped in to two 4-4 1/2-inch wide disks. The bun is cooked on the grill over medium heat until most of the fat has been rendered out and the bun is nicely crisped.

Cantwell says his bacon bun is gluten-free and has zero carbs.
