YONKERS - Chris Moss, the Republican candidate for lieutenant governor, made some disparaging remarks about Gov. Andrew Cuomo Wednesday in Orange County.
"Gov. Cuomo is a bully," he says. "It's that simple. Am I surprised he pulled subpoenas when the investigation got too close to him? Absolutely not. I've had a chance to meet Gov. Cuomo personally. I've been in law enforcement for 25 years. I know a bully when I see one."
Moss is running on the GOP ticket with gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino.
