Clarkstown businesses busted for selling alcohol to minors
Five Clarkstown businesses were busted for selling alcohol to minors Tuesday.
Police say five clerks were caught selling alcohol to underage kids during an undercover investigation. The store clerks who allegedly sold the alcohol are charged with unlawfully dealing with a child. The police say they will offer the clerks an opportunity to come in for an educational seminar, but say if they consistently do this, they will contact the State Liquor Authority.
The arrests come one week after five other stores in Stony Point were nabbed for the same crime.
