A coastal storm turned out to be just a sugar coating in Westchester and the Hudson Valley Tuesday.
The storm was expected to bring several inches of snow to the region, but brought just enough snow to make the roads slick. Some residents may even find more snow on their cars and sidewalks than the roads.
Despite the lack of snow, crews were on hand to salt and sand the roads so they didn?t ice up. However, roads are still slushy and slippery. All motorists are urged to give themselves extra time when getting to their destinations.
