The County College of Morris has an interesting course where students learn how to make prosthesis for children who have lost a limb.
Engineering students at the school are creating new hands for children in South America and Asia. The students use a 3D printer to make the limbs. They have shipped out six hands already.
The students are currently working on another 10 for the semester. All of the prosthesis will be donated.
