Across the Hudson Valley, crews are preparing for what may be to come if Isaias hits our area, including Con Edison - who is preparing for any possible outages.
Con Edison says crews are prepping for the storm while also fighting the spread of COVID-19.
Workers are practicing social distancing, wearing masks and allowing just one person per vehicle.
Meanwhile, Orange and Rockland says the hardest part about preparing for Isaias actually has nothing to do with preparation, but with seeing how strong the storm is.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo has already directed state agencies to prepare emergency response assets and has urged the public to be prepared and alert in response to the forecast that Isais could sweep through parts of our region, saying New Yorkers should be prepared for anything.
