Cops probe fatal tractor-trailer accident in OC
Police are investigating a fatal tractor-trailer accident that occurred this morning after the vehicle apparently jackknifed while hauling large equipment down a hill on Mountain Lodge Road.
Authorities identified the driver as 48-year-old John Rule, of Richmond, N.H.
Investigators believe that Rule either jumped or was ejected from the vehicle after the trailer jackknifed for unknown reasons.
Police say Rule?s body was found next to the truck in the middle of Mountain Lodge Road at around 11 a.m.
