A drug bust in Garnerville landed six people in handcuffs Wednesday.

Police say neighbors complaining about drug activity in the area led them to 86 Bridge St. Investigators say they found cocaine in plain sight and $5,000 cash in a safe inside the home. Authorities arrested six in the raid.

On Monday, police received a call from a victim who says he was robbed at gunpoint by those living at the home.

Three of the suspects are facing robbery, gang assault and drug possession charges. The other three are charged with drug possession.

The Haverstraw police chief says the bust is just one of several drug investigations pending in the area.
