East Fishkill police announced they arrested and charged a Yonkers man for stalking. 

 Cesar Rojas, 33, is accused of approaching a student across from John Jay High School and then following her in his car - and going up to two other students off campus the same day. 

 Rojas had his first court appearance and was released until his next court date - with an order of protection, mandating him to stay away from the victim and the school.
