Sen. Richard Blumenthal and Rep. Jim Himes joined Norwalk leaders to celebrate another federal grant to help replace the city's troubled train bridge.
The U.S. Department of Transportation awarded an additional $80 million for the project to replace the 124-year-old swing bridge.
Mayor Harry Rilling says improving the bridge is a win-win for not only train riders, but the city itself.
