A Tallman family whose pit bull was shot and killed last week says the shooting was unjustified.
Denise DePalma says her 3-year-old dog, Karma, was not a threat to anyone and was shot because she was a pit bull.
"If the dog wasn't a pit bull, it wouldn't have been shot," DePalma says.
No arrests have been made in the shooting.
