A special virtual event in Orange County was held Monday to help raise awareness to domestic violence.
The "Fearless Clothesline" features hundreds of shirts made by victims and survivors.
This year's event was held virtually on Facebook Live due to the pandemic.
The shirts shed light on victim and survivor experiences with abuse. Some are in memory of those who've lost their lives to domestic violence.
The event is held each year in October.
Organizers say the concept of the clothesline predates Domestic Violence Awareness Month and symbolizes a time when women would talk with each other while hanging clothes to dry.
