One of the men who accused former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach and Brooklyn native Bernie Fine of molestation has pleaded guilty to his own sex crimes.
Authorities say 23-year-old Zachary Tomaselli admitted yesterday to sexually abusing a teenage boy in 2009. Under a plea agreement, his sentence is limited to no more than 39 months in prison.
Officials say prosecutors are no longer investigating Tomaselli's allegations against Fine.
