11h agoFirst responders will conduct a full-scale emergency exercise at Westchester County Airport on Saturday.
The exercise will simulate the crash of a commercial jet aircraft.
Airline travelers and other members of the public will observe multiple fire, police and EMS agencies responding at the airport from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. conducting the drill on airport grounds.
The county reminds residents there is no emergency and that this is only a drill.
