Funeral held for WC firefighter found in LI Sound
Funeral services for a Mount Vernon firefighter whose body was recovered from the Long Island Sound were held in Yonkers yesterday as an investigation continues into his exact cause of death.
James Drago, 49, of Yonkers, went missing two weeks ago while boating in Larchmont. His body was discovered in the Long Island Sound eight days later.
Friends say that Drago jumped off his boat to take a swim but never resurfaced.
Drago's funeral was held at Saint John the Baptist Church in Yonkers.
Authorities have not determined the cause of Drago?s death and say that they?re waiting for more test results to be returned.
