A Nanuet couple says they never received $4,700 worth of furniture from a local outlet. The Guerras have taken their complaints against Casual Living to the Rockland County Office of Consumer Protection.

The Guerras have taken their complaints against Casual Living to the Rockland County Office of Consumer Protection. Another customer claims to be owned $7,600.
In all, Casual Living faces 19 violations that authorities say could lead to a $9,500 penalty.
