? Amid the roller coaster ride on Wall Street, residents throughout the Bronx are getting some good news when they pull up to the gas pump.
Gas prices have tumbled 35 cents in the past two weeks to an average of $3.31 a gallon. The Lundberg Survey calls the drop the biggest gas price cut in the market?s history.
Despite falling gas prices, residents are still weary about taking that long road trip. Many say the rising prices of food and other items have tempered their enthusiasm.
Still, drivers can look forward to even further predicted price cuts. The Automobile Club of New York says gas could fall to $3 a gallon by Thanksgiving.
