Gov. Andrew Cuomo is set to reveal his 2020-21 budget Tuesday.

Included in the governor's $175 billion spending plan is the legalization of recreational marijuana.

The governor will also reveal how he plans to fill a $6 billion budget deficit, which is threatening funding for schools and health care, according to Newsday.

There is also pressure on Gov. Cuomo to change the state's controversial new bail reform law - that allows some defendants to walk free without paying bail, while still awaiting trial. It's not clear if that will be addressed.
