Here are the stories making headlines today.
Police in Poughkeepsie are looking for the suspects involved in two shootings in the span of 24 hours. Police say a man was shot near Reservoir Square Sunday. Another man was shot on Monday. Both victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to recover.
A third and final arrest was made in the armed robbery case in Pomona. The incident happened near Old Route 202 last week where three men are accused of robbing a man at gunpoint during an online purchase exchange. Police advise the public to use safe spaces such as outside of a police precinct or a busy shopping area when buying or selling something online.
Ellenville police say there have been a string of catalytic converter thefts. They say the thefts happened Saturday morning at several places around the village. According to police, the thieves targeted Honda CRVs.
