Hundreds of art lovers turned out in Westchester’s largest city this weekend.
The YOHO Artists hosted its annual open studio at the historic Carpet Mills Arts District in Yonkers.
The two-day event featured a variety of work on display, including paintings and sculptures.
Artists say it's a great feeling to be able to show off their creativity. "It's just nice to get feedback from people. It's nice for people who don't know you to walk in to your studio and say, 'Wow, I like that’ or, ‘That's interesting, I want to buy that,’" says artist Donald Silverman.
This is the 16th year for the open studio weekend.
