The Indian Point nuclear power plant has been given an initial passing grade following an emergency drill held last week.
On Tuesday, agencies executed their emergency response plans from Westchester County?s joint operations center in Hawthorne.
FEMA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission reported no major problems.
