A Rockland County judge has dropped four out six charges against a suspended Spring Valley police officer. David LeBron will no longer face felony charges alleging he was involved in filing a false police

Judge drops some charges in Spring Valley cop's trial
A Rockland County judge has dropped four out six charges against a suspended Spring Valley police officer.
David LeBron will no longer face felony charges alleging he was involved in filing a false police report. The judge also tossed charges against LeBron that accused the officer of official misconduct.
LeBron, who has been suspended since November 2007, now faces charges that he tipped off local bars to drug and prostitution raids. LeBron will now testify in his own defense.
