Last of 'Newburgh Four' to be sentenced today
The last of the defendants of the "Newburgh Four" will be sentenced today.
Laguerre Payen's sentencing was delayed due to psychiatric evaluations.
Payen and the three others were charged with of plotting to blow up a Bronx synagogue and shoot down military planes at Stewart Air Base.
The four were tried and convicted in June. James Cromitie, David Williams and Onta Williams were each sentenced to 25 years in prison.
