YONKERS - One of the lawyers representing the former Leake & Watts teacher and aide who face abuse charges bowed out today.

Now, only one attorney will represent both teacher Pierre Henry, 39, and aide Michael Holt, 45.

The two former employees of the Biondi School at Leake & Watts were at the Cacace Justice Center this morning so that their lawyer could meet with a special state prosecutor. Both men are charged with abusing a 13-year-old student.

The student claims that Henry and Holt, who is also a Mount Vernon firefighter, held him down and struck him back in October.

The student was not seriously hurt, but the school for emotionally challenged children did an internal investigation and fired the two men.
