Lawyer claims evidence in death of Pace student missing
The lawyer representing the family of a slain Pace University student is now claiming that evidence was removed from the vehicle that is at the center of the investigation, and that there's no way of knowing what happened to it.
At least three bullets were fired through Danroy Henry's windshield during an encounter with police outside of a Thornwood bar nearly two weeks ago. According to attorney Michael Sussman, forensic experts have not been able to find any gunpowder residue on the car, something that would show the distance from which the shots were fired.
Sussman says that he doesn't want to speculate on how the residue disappeared, but says that he plans on doing everything he can to find out and that he now has someone from his own team monitoring the police's inspection of Henry's impounded car.
