Makeshift bar in Middletown shuttered
Police shut down a makeshift Middletown bar over the weekend they say was operating illegally.
Police say the unlicensed lounge at 130 Wickham Ave. was opened by Clevon Elliott to help promote his son's ambitions in the recording industry.
Elliott was ticketed and could face new violations from the Building Inspector's Office.
