Jason Fleming says his gun accidentally went off in the Hilton Westchester in Rye Brook.

RYE BROOK - Police say an upstate New York man accidentally fired a bullet through a hotel room wall over the weekend.

Officials say Jason Fleming, 31, of Lockport, discharged his gun at the Hilton Westchester in Rye Brook, hitting a tourist in the next room.

The victim was rushed to Westchester Medical Center but is expected to survive.

Police tell News 12 that Fleming had all the necessary permits to carry the weapon. He's now out on bail.
