Man charged with driving while on drugs in Montgomery crash involving school bus

Montgomery police say 46-year-old Reynaldo Contreras was impaired when he crashed into a Cornwall high school bus that was taking players and coaches home from a football game at Valley Central high school last Friday.

The driver of an SUV that crashed into a school bus last week in Montgomery has now been charged with driving while on drugs.
Montgomery police say 46-year-old Reynaldo Contreras was impaired when he crashed into a Cornwall high school bus that was taking players and coaches home from a football game at Valley Central high school last Friday.
Five people were injured in the crash.
Contreras was released on an appearance ticket and is due in court next month.
