11h agoA man confined to a wheelchair was saved Monday morning after crashing his vehicle into a drainage ditch.
Orange County firefighters say it happened on Route 17M near Duck Farm Road in the Town of Goshen.
The car was stuck in three feet of water. The rescue took about 45 minutes.
The driver was taken to Garnet Health Medical Center. The extent of injuries and the amount of people in the vehicle at the time was not immediately known.
